A man riding a scooter was critically injured after being struck by a car in Sacramento’s College Town neighborhood on Saturday afternoon, October 4, 2025.
According to dispatch radio communications, emergency medical services were dispatched around 1:02 p.m. at Folsom Boulevard and Power Inn Road.
The man was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Sacramento Police Department reported that the vehicle involved remained on the scene and that the area was blocked off while the investigation was underway.
