A motorcyclist died on the transition from the southbound Orange (57) Freeway to the westbound Riverside (91) Freeway in Anaheim on Monday, October 6, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported around 12:08 a.m. A witness told CHP that the motorcycle was run off the road, but no description of the vehicle believed responsible was noted.
Caltrans set up a hard closure, shutting down the transition road while authorities investigated the incident.
