An unlicensed driver was cited after a collision involving a child at West Main/Highway 166 and Obispo Street in Guadalupe on Thursday morning, October 9, 2025.
According to Guadalupe Police Chief Michael Cash, the crash occurred around 6:36 a.m. The child involved was taken to the hospital for observation, but did not show visible signs of injury. The driver was cited for speeding and driving without a license.
