The California Highway Patrol has issued a SigAlert for the closure of northbound Interstate 15 at North Clairemont Mesa Boulevard in San Diego due to a multi-vehicle collision on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
According to CHP, the crash involved as many as three vehicles, including one that landed on its roof. Motorists are advised to avoid the area or seek alternate routes while authorities investigate the incident.
