A car wash employee was taken to a hospital with minor injuries after a truck crashed into an office building in downtown Santa Barbara on Thursday morning, October 15, 2026.
According to Santa Barbara police, the crash occurred at around 9:30 a.m. on East Canon Perdido Street.
Police said the truck exited a car wash, struck two parked vehicles, and continued into an office building across the street.
Police are investigating what caused the driver to lose control.
