A woman sustained moderate injuries, and a man was ejected and seriously injured following a two-vehicle collision involving a stolen car in northwest Bakersfield late Wednesday night, October 16, 2024.
The crash, which occurred just before midnight at the intersection of Mohawk Street and Rosedale Highway, left two black sedans severely damaged.
The man ejected from the stolen vehicle was transported to a nearby hospital with major injuries. Authorities are searching for a second man who may have fled from the stolen car following the collision.
The woman from the other vehicle involved was treated for moderate injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
