A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Paso Robles on Friday night, October 16, 2026.
According to the Paso Robles Police Department, the incident was reported at around 10:27 p.m. on Highway 46 East, east of Mill Road.
Responding officers found that the pedestrian had been struck in the highway’s eastbound lanes. Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services personnel pronounced the person dead at the scene.
Police had not released the pedestrian’s identity or details about the vehicle or driver involved.
The Police Department’s Traffic Division is investigating.
