Two people were hospitalized with minor injuries following a three-vehicle collision in Temecula on Saturday afternoon, October 17, 2026.
According to a California Highway Patrol incident log, the crash was reported at around 12:50 p.m. on the northbound Temecula Valley (15) Freeway and Winchester Road.
Riverside County Fire Department firefighters responded to the scene. One person required extrication.
Fire officials said two people were transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The cause of the collision was not immediately clear. The investigation is ongoing.
