A two-vehicle collision briefly closed a section of Gird Road near Oakcliff Drive in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Thursday afternoon, October 23, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 2:30 p.m. and involved a white Ford pickup and a red pickup with a utility trailer.
No injuries were reported. Witnesses said they heard the collision and saw a dust cloud at the scene.
Both northbound and southbound lanes of Gird Road were blocked while emergency crews responded to the crash. The cause of the collision remains under investigation, CHP officers said.
