A bicyclist was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Riverside on Saturday evening, October 26, 2024.
According to Sgt. Dan Macias of the Riverside Police Department, emergency responders were dispatched to Streeter Avenue, north of Lantana Street, at approximately 7:55 p.m. and found the bicyclist suffering from severe injuries.
The bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver fled the area following the collision.
