A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a vehicle on Highway 180 in Fresno on Monday morning, October 26, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded shortly after 7:00 a.m. near Cedar Avenue.
Officers found the man lying on the highway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
CHP said the pedestrian was crossing the westbound lanes when a vehicle struck him. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
