A pedestrian was severely injured after being hit by a vehicle in a commercial area near Lake San Marcos, San Diego County, on Thursday morning, October 31, 2024.
According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Rancho Santa Fe Road and San Marcos Boulevard.
Paramedics transported the pedestrian to a nearby hospital to treat serious injuries, as confirmed by Lt. David Chandroo.
