A pedestrian was killed in a crash on North Fremont Street in Monterey on Friday morning, October 31, 2025.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:04 a.m. when a vehicle struck a pedestrian near Ramona Avenue.
The pedestrian, identified as 52-year-old Charles P. II, died from his injuries.
