[11-04-2026] Fresno County, CA – Motorcyclist Killed in Crash With Pickup Towing Livestock Trailer on Parkway Dr.

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving a pickup truck towing a livestock trailer in Fresno on Wednesday evening, November 4, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported around 6:50 p.m. on Parkway Drive, north of Herndon Avenue.

A preliminary investigation found that a man driving a Dodge Ram flatbed pickup was leaving the north driveway of the EZ Trip gas station while towing a 28-foot livestock trailer. He was preparing to turn left onto southbound Parkway Drive as a man riding a Yamaha R6 approached northbound.

CHP said the pickup was about halfway across the roadway when its driver saw the motorcycle approaching. The motorcycle struck the pickup’s left side, causing major damage and critically injuring the rider.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The pickup driver was uninjured.

CHP said the rider was wearing a helmet, and alcohol and drugs were not factors in the crash.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
