A man was hit and killed by a vehicle in northeast Fresno on Sunday evening, November 23, 2025.
According to the Fresno Police Department, the crash occurred around 6:00 p.m. near the intersection of Bullard and First.
Officers said the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, and preliminary findings indicated that drugs and alcohol did not appear to be factors in the incident.
Fresno Police Lt. Henry Garcia stated that early indications suggested the pedestrian may have been at fault. The victim’s identity has not been released, though investigators believe he was a member of the unhoused community.
Authorities said nearby surveillance footage will be reviewed in the coming days to determine the sequence of events leading to the collision.
