A 35-year-old male passenger, identified as Lekendricke D., was killed after the vehicle he was in crashed into a tree in Kern County on Tuesday, November 23, 2025.
According to the Kern County Coroner’s Office, the crash occurred around 12:56 a.m. on Randsburg Mojave Road north of California City Boulevard. Lekendricke died at the scene from his injuries.
The California City Police Department investigated the incident, and no additional information was released by the coroner’s office.
