[12-04-2025] Two Hospitalized After Rollover Crash on South Van Ness Avenue in Mission DistrictTwo people were hospitalized after a rollover crash in the 200 block of South Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco’s Mission District early Thursday morning, December 4, 2025.

According to the San Francisco Fire Department, the collision was reported at 4:59 a.m. Firefighters arrived to find one vehicle overturned and another damaged. 

All three individuals involved were already out of the vehicles when crews arrived. Paramedics evaluated all parties and transported two people to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The third person declined medical transport.

The San Francisco Police Department’s Traffic Division is investigating what led to the crash. Authorities did not immediately release details about the cause or whether any citations were issued. Officials said the scene was cleared quickly and did not disrupt the morning commute.
