A person riding an electric unicycle was injured after being struck by a vehicle in Sacramento on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the rider sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a hospital.
CHP said the driver involved remained at the scene, and alcohol or drugs were not suspected to be factors.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
