A motorcyclist was killed following a two-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle and a box truck in the Oxnard Plain area on Monday afternoon, December 15, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded to reports of the crash around 3:48 p.m. near the intersection of Hueneme and Raytheon roads.
Investigators said a 31-year-old man riding a motorcycle and a 32-year-old man driving a box truck were both traveling westbound on Hueneme Road when the collision occurred in the central median.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said the truck driver remained at the location and provided a statement to officers. The motorcyclist’s identity was not released.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
