A teenager riding a four-wheel off-road vehicle was injured in a collision with a car in the Mead Valley community northwest of Perris on Sunday evening, March 1, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 7:09 p.m. at 18340 Carroll St., between Nance and Bailly streets.
A witness told CHP that the car ended up on top of the quad vehicle following the collision.
Authorities have not released details regarding the extent of the teenager’s injuries, and no description of the individual was immediately available.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
