A man from Exeter was killed in a crash in Tulare County on Thursday morning, March 12, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just before 6:30 a.m. on Highway 65 and Lindmore Street.
Authorities stated that the driver of a Ram 1500, traveling north on Highway 65, turned left onto Lindmore Street directly in front of a southbound Ford Ranger. The two trucks collided, and the impact caused the Ranger to veer off the road and strike a light pole.
The driver of the Ranger, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released. The driver of the Ram 1500 suffered minor injuries.
Drugs or alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
