Two people were injured in a hit-and-run crash on the Central Avenue off-ramp of the southbound 215 Freeway in Riverside County on Wednesday morning, April 1, 2026.
The collision, which occurred around 4:15 a.m., involved a semi-truck, a red pickup truck, and a 2018 Dodge Ram, according to California Highway Patrol Riverside Officer Navarro.
The red pickup truck collided with the Dodge Ram, which then struck the semi-truck, causing it to overturn. The red pickup truck fled the scene.
Both the driver of the Dodge Ram and the semi-truck sustained minor injuries and were transported to a hospital.
Authorities are still investigating the incident and the identity of the fleeing driver.
