At least one person sustained possible moderate injuries in a crash involving a semi-trailer and a sedan in Bakersfield on Wednesday evening, April 15, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just after 7 p.m. on northbound Interstate 5, just south of Grapevine Road.
The crash involved a semi-trailer and a sedan, with reports indicating that the sedan rolled over during the incident. At least one person was possibly pinned inside a vehicle.
One lane was blocked following the crash as crews responded to the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
