[05-31-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Woman Airlifted After Two-Vehicle Crash in Victorville

A woman was airlifted to a trauma center after sustaining major injuries in a two-vehicle collision in Victorville on Sunday morning, May 31, 2026.

According to authorities, the crash occurred around 9:00 a.m. at the intersection of Eleventh Avenue and Cypress Avenue involving a dark gray 2007 Honda Accord and a gray Toyota Tundra in the southbound number-one lane.

Officials reported that the Honda Accord sustained catastrophic driver-side damage, left the roadway, struck a section of chain-link fencing, and came to rest partially inside the front yard of a nearby residence. Emergency crews from the Victorville Fire Department, American Medical Response, and the Victorville Police Department responded.

The adult female driver of the Honda was trapped and extricated using hydraulic rescue tools. She was transported to Providence St. Mary Medical Center and later airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center with major injuries. The adult male driver of the Toyota Tundra remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

Authorities have not released the cause of the collision or identified the direction of travel for either vehicle. The investigation remains ongoing.
