[08-05-2026] Sutter County, CA – Five Women Injured in Rollover Crash in Yuba City

Five women were injured in a rollover crash in Yuba City, Sutter County, on Wednesday morning, August 5, 2026.

According to the Sutter County Fire Department, the crash occurred around 7:55 a.m. in the 5300 block of South George Washington Boulevard. 

Firefighters arrived shortly after 8 a.m. and found three occupants ejected from the vehicle, while two others remained inside the heavily damaged late-model sedan.

Authorities said three women sustained critical injuries and two suffered serious injuries. One patient was airlifted to UC Davis Medical Center, while another was transported there by ground ambulance. The remaining three were taken by ambulance to Adventist Health and Rideout Hospital in Marysville. 

Officials identified the injured as women between 50 and 60 years old who worked as farm laborers.

The cause of the rollover crash remains under investigation.
