A box truck driver reported pain in a three-vehicle collision at Hazel Avenue and Winding Way in Sacramento County on Monday, October 26, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash caused a diesel fuel spill and closed all southbound lanes of Hazel Avenue at the intersection.
Officials kept the lanes closed Monday morning while awaiting fuel cleanup. The lanes reopened around 12:45 p.m. No major injuries were reported at the time of the release.
Additional details about the cause of the collision were not immediately available.
