A 56-year-old man was fatally struck by a vehicle in Westminster early Saturday morning, October 31, 2026.
According to Westminster Police Department Cmdr. Andy Stowers, officers responded at 3:13 a.m. to the area of Beach Boulevard and McFadden Avenue.
Officers found the man unresponsive in the street and attempted lifesaving measures. He was pronounced dead at the scene after Orange County Fire Authority paramedics arrived.
The man’s identity was withheld pending notification of relatives. The driver remained at the scene. Police said alcohol and drugs did not appear to have been factors.
The investigation remains ongoing.
