A woman was injured following a two-vehicle rear-end crash in Rancho Cordova on Wednesday morning, May 15, 2024.
According to the authorities, the traffic collision happened at about 7:07 a.m. on westbound Highway 50 near the Folsom Boulevard offramp.
Initial reports suggested that a vehicle rear-ended another vehicle at about 35 mph, injuring a woman. The victim was said to have sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
