A male rider was seriously injured following a motorcycle vs. vehicle collision in Rancho Cordova late Wednesday morning, June 19, 2024.
According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, the traffic crash happened at about 11:35 a.m. at Quality Drive and White Rock Road.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear, but authorities confirmed that the motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The injured rider’s name, age, and origin were not disclosed.
There is no word yet on whether or not the driver of the vehicle involved was injured. It is also still unclear if the driver was the vehicle’s sole occupant at the time of the accident.
