At least one person was injured following a two-vehicle collision in Sacramento on Friday afternoon, June 28, 2024.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, the traffic crash happened at about 4:35 p.m. on 24th Street in the Brentwood neighborhood near Glen Ellen Circle.
It is still unclear how the two vehicles came into contact with each other. Police reported that one of them was blocking the intersection when they arrived.
The total number of people involved was also unknown at the time of writing, but at least one was said to have been injured in the incident. That person’s identity, extent of injury, and current status were not immediately available.
Other motorists were warned of heavy traffic delays along 24th Street while authorities investigated and cleared the crash site.
