Two people were hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash in Citrus Heights on Tuesday afternoon, July 9, 2024.
According to the responding officials, the traffic collision happened around 12:29 p.m. at the intersection of Arcadia Drive and Greenback Lane.
Authorities said that an unspecified vehicle was traveling at about 40 mph when it suddenly crossed the center divide, causing a collision with another vehicle.
The total number of people involved is still unclear, but it was reported that a man and a woman were transported to a nearby hospital with undisclosed injuries. It is also still unclear in which vehicle the two injured individuals were at the time of the accident.
