[07-27-2024] Fresno County, CA – Pedestrian Injured After Getting Hit By Vehicle on Blackstone Avenue

A pedestrian was injured after getting hit by a vehicle in Fresno on Saturday night, July 27, 2024. 

According to the Fresno Police Department, the crash happened around 9:15 p.m. at Blackstone and Princeton avenues.

Police said that a pedestrian, identified only as a man, was listed in critical condition after he was struck by an unspecified vehicle. It is unknown what the victim was doing at the time of the crash. There is no word yet on how the collision occurred. 

The vehicle driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Police said there was no indication that the driver was driving under the influence. 

No further information was released, and the authorities are gathering all the necessary details to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
