A two-vehicle crash in Beaumont left two people injured, one critically, on Wednesday morning, September 4, 2024.
According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, the crash was reported at approximately 9:12 a.m. at the intersection of Fairway Drive and Brookside Avenue, just outside Beaumont city limits.
Fire officials confirmed that one person was extricated from a vehicle and suffered critical injuries. Another individual sustained moderate injuries. Both victims were transported via ground ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.
Both vehicles involved sustained major damage. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
