At least one person sustained injuries after a two-vehicle crash on the Westbound lanes of Interstate 780 in Benicia on Wednesday morning, October 16, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred east of Southampton Road, involving a white Ford van and a red Toyota sedan.
A severe traffic alert was issued at 11:05 a.m. as emergency crews responded to the scene. One person sustained injuries in the crash, though the extent of those injuries was not immediately available.
