A head-on collision was reported on Highway 50 in Kyburz, El Dorado County, on Tuesday afternoon, February 18, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. in the westbound lane, just west of Alder Creek Road.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene after reports that debris from the crash was blocking the roadway.
