A pedestrian was hospitalized with major injuries following a hit-and-run crash on Watt Avenue near Orange Avenue in North Highlands, Sacramento County, on Monday afternoon, April 7, 2025.
According to the Sacramento Metro Fire District, at around 5:00 p.m., emergency personnel were dispatched to the area of Watt Avenue and Orange Avenue.
The pedestrian was transported to a nearby hospital with major injuries. No details regarding the suspect vehicle were immediately available.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
