One person was transported to a hospital following a two-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 15 near the Rainbow Valley exit in San Diego County on Wednesday afternoon, April 23, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 5:25 p.m. and involved a gray SUV and a tan Subaru. The crash temporarily blocked the No. 1 lane of the highway.
