Two people were injured following a collision involving a big rig and a small SUV on eastbound Interstate 8 near Holdridge Road in Imperial County on Friday afternoon, April 25, 2025.
According to authorities, the crash was reported at approximately 12:30 p.m. when the SUV collided with the semi-truck. Both drivers sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.
The crash remains under investigation.
