A possible head injury was reported following a two-vehicle collision in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Friday morning, June 6, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly before 6:00 a.m. at the intersection of East Mission Road and Via Zancas. The vehicles involved were a Toyota 4Runner and a Dodge Ram.
The impact reportedly raised concerns about a potential head injury, but the severity of any injuries has not been confirmed. One westbound lane on East Mission Road was partially blocked due to the crash, with both vehicles initially seen on the roadside.
