At least one person was seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 99 in Galt on Friday afternoon, June 28, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just before 6:00 p.m. near the C Street exit.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, where at least one northbound lane was blocked. CHP traffic logs indicated that at least one individual sustained major injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
