One person was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Fallbrook, San Diego County on Friday afternoon, July 25, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 3:53 p.m. at the intersection of South Main Avenue and East Aviation Road.
Preliminary information indicated that a Subaru and a Toyota were involved in the incident. Emergency responders, including North County Fire, arrived at the scene and requested one fire engine and a tow truck.
One individual was transported to Temecula Valley Hospital. The full extent of injuries was not immediately disclosed.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
