A two-vehicle collision occurred on Morro Hills Road near Olive Hill Road in San Diego County on Wednesday evening, August 6, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at 5:43 p.m. involving a white Ford pickup and a black sedan.
Authorities stated that the black sedan went off the side of the roadway, but the driver was able to exit the vehicle on their own.
SandR Towing was called to recover the sedan, and emergency units responded to the scene. By 5:50 p.m., authorities were still determining the extent of injuries and whether any occupants required medical transport.
No additional information was immediately available, and the investigation is ongoing.
