A woman died after being struck by a vehicle in Bakersfield on Friday afternoon, August 1, 2025.
According to the Kern County Coroner’s Office, the incident occurred around 1:07 p.m. in the 2000 block of Park Way.
The victim, identified as 77-year-old Sheila B., was transported to Kern Medical Center, where she died from her injuries the following day, August 2.
