A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a truck in Elk Grove on Friday morning, August 22, 2025.
According to the Elk Grove Police Department, the crash occurred on Elk Grove Florin Road between West Camden Drive and Sheldon Road.
Authorities said both directions of Elk Grove Florin Road were shut down for several hours while officers investigated the crash.
Police also advised that residents of Camden Passage could exit the neighborhood via southbound Elk Grove Florin Road from West Camden Drive.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
