Two people were injured when an off-road vehicle overturned in Coachella on Monday afternoon, September 1, 2025.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the crash occurred at 4:47 p.m. in the 86000 block of Avenue 48 near Tyler Street.
Fire officials reported that one person sustained major injuries and was transported by air ambulance to a trauma center. A second individual sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital by ground ambulance for treatment.
Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the off-road rollover.
