A motorcyclist was hospitalized with mild to moderate injuries following a traffic collision at East Mission Road and North Stagecoach Lane in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Monday morning, September 8, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 6:55 a.m. and involved a black motorcycle and a white Ford Fusion. Initial reports indicated that the motorcycle was down in the westbound lane, briefly blocking traffic.
North County Fire Protection District crews, including Engine 111 and Rescue Ambulance 111, responded to the scene and transported the rider to a local hospital. Both vehicles were moved to the roadside shortly after the incident.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
