A pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a driver who fled the scene in Visalia on Sunday morning, September 28, 2025.
According to the Visalia Police Department, the crash occurred just after 2:00 a.m. near Santa Fe and Kaweah.
Officers found the pedestrian lying in the roadway with major injuries. The victim was transported by ambulance to Kaweah Health Medical Center and is listed in critical condition.
