Two people were critically injured in a hit-and-run collision involving a two-wheeled vehicle at the intersection of Haight and Lyon streets in San Francisco on Friday night, October 3, 2025.
According to the San Francisco Fire Department, first responders arrived around 9:51 p.m. and found two victims injured on the street.
The vehicle involved fled the scene after striking either a bicycle or a moped. Both victims were transported to San Francisco General Hospital.
Bystanders reported seeing one man lying half-conscious in the middle of the road while another appeared unconscious at the edge of the sidewalk. Authorities have not released additional information on the driver or the cause of the collision.
