A traffic collision involving a semi-truck and a dark-colored sedan blocked several southbound lanes of Interstate 15 near the Rainbow Valley Boulevard North off-ramp in the Rainbow area in San Diego County, on Tuesday afternoon, October 14, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported around 12:21 p.m. CHP logs indicated that lanes two through four were blocked following the collision. Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene, though it was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
