A man was found dead with injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle near Bardsley Avenue and Oakmore Street in Tulare on Monday morning, November 24, 2025.
According to the Tulare Police Department, officers responded around 7:00 a.m. and located a deceased man in the area.
